As Initiate’s president and COO, I am counting down the minutes of fiscal ’26, as we look forward to a milestone I’m particularly proud of: our agency turns 18!

We’re finally adults! We have something special planned to mark the occasion, and I am excited to celebrate the many people who helped get us here. Eighteen years represents many ideas, lots of work, and a ton of change and even more conversations.
