As part of an RFP proposal, Tourism HR Canada engaged Initiate to design and produce its latest WCAG-accessible annual report. We embraced the opportunity to expand on a thematic approach—capturing the energy, clarity, and elegance of the subject matter while creating something distinctly aligned with Tourism HR Canada’s brand and mission. The result is a fully bilingual, certified accessible report that presents key achievements, data, and strategic direction in a format that’s both engaging and easy to navigate. Through smart typographic hierarchy, bold use of colour, and cohesive iconography, the piece reflects our team’s thoughtful design process and commitment to inclusive, high-impact communications.
