Designing environmental signage for a company event always comes with constraints—but also big opportunities for creativity.

For Ivey Business School’s 100th Symposium, we brought the event’s visual identity to life across a wide range of environmental graphics, including column wraps, digital way-finding signage, a 20-ft-wide screen, and a large-scale window mural to block a nearby construction site.

Installed at Toronto’s beautiful Queen’s Quay—a striking venue new to hosting events—this project showcased how strong design can transform an unfamiliar space. A mix of digital and print assets created a cohesive experience for attendees from arrival to exit.

Digital assets

40+ unique digital assets were designed for a variety of screen sizes across the venue, ensuring a seamless branded experience from every angle.

A compilation of some of the many video screens including the welcome wall, speaker screens, agenda screens, and thank you screen.

Print assets

We also provided on-site supervision during setup, which proved essential in solving a few unexpected installation challenges on the spot.

Event highlights

Our designs not only elevated the environment—they helped shape the energy of the day. Here are a few moments captured by the Ivey team, along with a behind-the-scenes look shared on TikTok.
